Introduction

Planning is a critical skill for project managers. A Project Management Plan is a formal document that defines how a project is going to be completed and delivered to the project sponsor.

Most PM do not plan simply because they do not know or do not have the time. This is where this workshop will help. This 1/2 day workshop will cover what, who, when, how and why of project planning. Participants will make planning much easier. You also be given opportunities to apply the tools and techniques learned on a simple small project.
