Introduction

Risk Register (RR) is the most important risk management tool. It summarizes the risk management process by listing all critical risk information: identified risks, Risk Analysis, Risk Response options and Plans. It also helps to monitor and control risks.

Unfortunately, most project managers are not familiar of its proper design or use. Failure to identify and document risks will have major negative impact on your project.

This1/2 day workshop addresses RR design, use and application for construction projects. It explains in detail creating, maintaining, and using the Risk Register.
