Introduction

This 2 day course will focus on providing the fundamentals of schedule, budget,  risk development, analysis, and control as they apply to modern project management in all environments. These classes are designed to integrate industry best practices & real project experiences with the academia side.

Workshop Description

This course uniquely examines the various methods used for controlling the implementation of any project. The key elements of control systems are discussed before moving on to review the methods of monitoring progress. The use of cost and earned value management techniques is a major focus. The application of proper change control is covered, together with configuration management, including the management of information throughout the life of the project.
