Pedro “Bong” Estoque, P.Eng., M.Eng., PMP, LEED AP

Bong is a professional engineer, PMP, LEED AP, with over 25 years of experience in project management and facility & building construction. As a seasoned project manager, Bong has led multiple complex Alberta Infrastructure projects from initiation to completion with values up to $275 million. Bong has experience in many project delivery types – stipulated lump sum contracts, construction management and others. Bong’s projects are meticulously managed to ensure client satisfaction and that all expectations are met in scope, budget, schedule, and quality.
Bong has strong leadership and great communication skills – as a result he is able to establish productive relationships with stakeholder groups. He is experienced leading multifunctional teams comprised of internal and external players – including clients, consultants, contractors and other stakeholders. Bong believes in establishing a project charter at the outset of a project with clear objectives and an appropriate communication plan to keep all stakeholders informed of the project’s progress.

As an avid volunteer on a number of civic and non-profit societies and organizations, Bong is currently an executive board member of the Edmonton Chapter of APEGA. He has been a past Chair and member of the Canadian Society of Engineering Management as well as a past executive member of the Alberta Chapter of the Canadian Green Building Council. As a LEED Accredited Professional, sustainable design is important to Bong. He has successfully completed two LEED Gold and two LEED Silver projects very recently.
