Introduction

The main goal of this workshop is to enable participants to control their projects’ risks proactively rather than the traditional approach where the risks are controlling the project activities (reactive approach).

The ½ day workshop explains the tools and techniques that will aid participants in controlling the risks on their projects. Participants will be given opportunities to apply the tools and techniques learned on a simple small project.
